De-escalation is widely discussed, but often misunderstood.

This Train the Trainer course is designed to prepare instructors to confidently deliver the De-Escalation: Strategies for Best Possible Outcomes program within their own agency. Participants gain the materials, structure, and practical experience needed to teach the course effectively and consistently.

Through guided instruction, content review, and practical application, participants develop the skills to lead training that helps others respond with clarity, control, and professionalism.
